After finalizing the layouts in Phase One, we progress to designing each room in detail, including elevations, furniture layouts and concept imagery. These elements are then presented to the client through curated mood boards.

During this stage, we also provide samples for fabrics, tiles, ironmongery, and other key materials Curating a selection of furnishings and materials that align with your aesthetic and budget.​ Building on feedback from the earlier design stages, we refine the concept into final schemes, complete with technical drawings, schedules, and electrical layouts, ready for implementation.

We begin ordering, and coordination of all design elements, handling supplier communications and addressing any issues such as delays or defects. Overseeing deliveries, we ensure every detail aligns with the design vision, paving the way for a seamless installation.

As the project nears completion, we oversee the final installation, carefully arranging furniture, adding styling touches, and ensuring every detail aligns seamlessly with the design vision.
